What can I earn?
You will need a minimum £90,000 starting capital to buy and refurbish your first property. Each property is refurbished in order to quickly increase it's value and thus facilitate growth via refinancing.
As an example, your £90,000 starting capital would be put towards a single property, with the remainder amount coming from a lender.
That first property would return about £23,000 annually after all bills (excluding mortgage interest). It is then possible to refinance so as to help fund your second property. Just five properties could bring in £100,000 a year for life.
